How do I book an appointment?

You can simply click on our online booking system on the main page or alternatively call/ text us on 0435059571.

You can also contact us through social media.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit of 50% is required to book your appointment, it will be deducted from the total amount on the day. Please read our policies below.

Do I need to confirm my appointment?

You will receive a confirmation text message 2 days prior to your booking, please reply to confirm your appointment.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please allow at least 48 hours notice. 

Appointments made on the day of scheduling, please allow 2 hours to make any changes to your appointment. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeit of your 50% deposit. 

What products do you use?

We use Keune Cosmetics. Our Tinta and Semi are PPD Free. Our So Pure colour range is PPD Free & Paraben Free.

Our Keratin Smoothing is Cocochoco.

What is your Green fee?

A $3 Sustainable Fee is donated from every bill to support Sustainable Salons. Your donation contributes to implementing green practices and supporting the community.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, we have free parking in front of the salon, or alternatively street parking.

Can I bring my children to my appointment?

Alex Royer salon’s aim is to create a special environment where YOU come first. We kindly ask that other arrangements are made for children so that you really get the most out of your time with us. 

If you need your children to have their hair done, please book their own appointments.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Cash, Eftpos, Bank Transfer.
