Our Cancellation Policies

Life can be tough, and plans sometimes go wrong. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply based on the service booked.
Our Booking Fee
You will be required to leave a 50% booking-fee to secure your first appointment.
This will be deducted from the final cost of your booking appointment.
This is non refundable.
How do I cancel my appointment?
Just give us a call to let us know if you can’t make it.
If we’re closed, just leave a message/voicemail via the salon phone.
If you are unable to give more than 48 hours notice before your appointment, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. We will be unable to rebook you until this fee is paid.
What happens if I don’t cancel my appointment or give notice?
If you do not attend your appointment and do not give us any notice that you won’t be attending, the no-show fee is 100% of the booked service.
You will not be able to book any future appointments unless a non-refundable deposit of 50% is paid at the time of booking.
